BANQUET ROOMS

Sprout's banquet facilities offer an open bar option and dinners by the plate, such as Prime Rib or Fried Chicken. We are happy to help you with any special requests. Regrettably, we are unable to book our larger banquet room on Saturday evenings. All private banquets do have a 15% gratuity charge added to the check. We do charge for the number of people that are confirmed. A 24 hour prior notice for cancellations and number confirmations is required. Buffet Style requires 25 or more confirmed people. Family style requires 15 or more confirmed people. Children 10 years of age and under are charged ½ price and there is no charge for children under 2 years of age.

This is always available, however, we do not recommend this for parties of 20 or more.

Sprout's Inn does not require a deposit on our private banquet rooms, however we do require a minimum charge to be spent to book our private rooms.

$100.00 spent in the East Room (seats up to 18)

$150.00 spent in the North Room (seats up to 40)

$150.00 spent in the South Room (seats up to 30)

$300.00 spent for the North and South Rooms Combined (seats up to 75)

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we do increase the minimum to $250.00 for the North and South Room and for the North and South Rooms combined the minimum charge is increased to $500.00.

All banquets must have a confirmation of the number of guests that will be attending.

We do charge for the number of confirmed guests.

A 24 hour prior notice is required for any changes or cancellations

All private banquets do include a 15% gratuity charge.
